Biography

Hello!  My name is Mazin Habib.  I grew up in Markham, ON and graduated from Crescent School in 2024.

Currently, I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, majoring in International Relations and Economics.  I plan to pursue graduate studies in the future.

In my free time, I train in the high jump with the University of Toronto Track Club and I am passionate about athletics.  I enjoy learning other languages such as French and love to travel to explore different parts of the world. 

I also have a passion for visual arts and photography and have designed many interesting projects throughout my high school journey.

Constituency Office Assistant at MP Rob Oliphant's Office
- Don Valley West, Toronto, ON
- June 2024 --> August 2024 (Contract Full-Time)
- Key responsibilities included scheduling, assisting in various constituent matters, organizing visits, data entry on constituent matters, taking phone calls, photographing for social media, and accompanying the MP on constituency-related trips.

Aquatics Instructor at Russell Aquatics Swim School
- Markham, ON

- Key responsibilities included teaching students swimming skills, assessing their swimming level, and, ensuring I am knowledgeable about pool safety while being up to date on swim training.

- Key responsibilities include advising customers on sports equipment and gear, stocking goods, and promoting the brand.
